What are these hidden treasures?  They are treasures of wisdom and knowledge.  Where are they hidden?  They are hidden in Christ.  The deeper our relationship is with Jesus Christ, the more we have access to these hidden treasures.

Why are these treasures hidden?  They are hidden from the pride of man.  "Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man..."  Psalm 31:20.  Jesus said:  "I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes."  Matthew 11:25.   Paul said that these treasures are Spiritually discerned.  "But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit..."  1 Corinthians 2:10

How important are these hidden treasures?  God said that my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.  Many of the problems of life we bring upon ourselves, because we lack wisdom and knowledge.  We lack knowledge about God and we lack knowledge about ourselves.  This makes us vulnerable to Satanic deception and we end up making destructive choices physically, psychologically, and spiritually.
